Get in Touch

If you’d like to get in touch, I invite you to reach out by phone, email, or the contact form below to schedule a free, 20 minute consultation.

Over the phone, we can explore what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you might have, and get an initial sense of how it feels to work together. Should you for any reason decide to go another direction, or we determine together your treatment goals be better addressed by another provider, I will gladly connect you with 2-3 individualized referrals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fees & Insurance

  • As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I have completed a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and am working under supervision toward full licensure. This supervision means your care benefits from two professionals—myself and my licensed supervisor—both committed to supporting your therapeutic journey.

  • My fees are commensurate with current rates in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have occasional sliding scale spots available for those who need a lower fee. I'm happy to share more specifics during our initial consultation call.

  • Currently, I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, I can gladly provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, private pay clients have the right to recieve a "Good Faith Estimate" for the expected cost of their medical care, including all psychotherapy services rendered. Upon request, I will provide this estimate in writing before your first scheduled service or at any point throughout our work together. For more information about your rights, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

About Therapy

  • For your comfort and accessibility, all sessions are offered via telehealth. Phone sessions are also available to accommodate individual preferences and capacity levels.

Please Note: Per licensing regulations, my practice is only available to those who reside in the state of California.

  • I typically recommend beginning with weekly sessions to provide the consistency and containment that supports depth-oriented therapeutic work. For some, twice-weekly sessions can offer additional space to explore unconscious patterns and foster meaningful change. Together, we'll find the rhythm that best honors your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances as our work evolves.

  • The duration of therapy will be primarily determined by your therapeutic goals, needs, and ongoing progress. Typically, depth psychotherapy is oriented toward longer-term work, often lasting several months or years to meaningfully transform underlying patterns. Together, we'll regularly assess your progress and goals. For grief counseling, I often recommend continuing through the first 12 months after a loss to process grief as it changes through significant dates, holidays, and anniversaries.

  • As we work together, you may discover new insights about yourself, find richer meaning in your experiences, and develop more authentic connections with others. Progress often reveals itself in small but meaningful shifts—a different response to an old pattern or greater peace with difficult feelings. We'll explore these changes together, adjusting our approach as your journey unfolds.
